Welcome to The Ridgefield Housing Authority
Pictured above are the 20-unit two and three bedroom affordable family rental housing facility at Prospect Ridge, called Prospect Ridge Meadows.

This development features four brand-new, two-story buildings, each containing 5 units of quality family rental housing (for a total of 20 units).  All of the units are rented to low and moderate income families.

Designed to match the style of the existing units at Prospect Ridge, these buildings use elements and concepts of “green-building” technology to limit energy consumption, helping to keep the units affordable to operate.

This initiative was sponsored by the Ridgefield Housing Authority (RHA) and the Ridgefield Affordable Housing Committee, and represents a financial partnership involving the Town of Ridgefield, the State of Connecticut Department of Economic and Community Development (DECD), the Ridgefield Bank, the Connecticut Housing Finance Authority (CHFA), the Federal Home Loan Bank of Boston (FHLB), Northeast Utilities, and the Connecticut Housing Investment Fund (CHIF).

The Developer Consultant was Real Estate Diagnostics Inc., the Architect was DCA Architects/Planners, and the General Contractor was LaRosa Building Group.  The Town of Ridgefield donated the land for this development.
